MISO HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 1 can(400g) Chickpea or cooked chickpea

  • 1/4 cup Tahini

  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 1-2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tbsp~ Yuzu chili miso or west coast chickpea miso

  • Shichimi pepper or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpea, tahini, and lemon juice in a food processer

  2. Slowly add oil and blend until it gets smooth

  3. Add yuzu chili miso or west coast chickpea miso as much as you like!

  4. Sprinkle some shichimi pepper or chili flakes
