Miso Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP West Coast Chickpea miso or Yuzu Chili Chickpea Miso

  • 1 TBSP Sake

  • 1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar

  • 1-2 tsp Maple syrup

  • 1/2 lb Salmon fillet

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade well and marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes

  2. Heat a pan with a bit of oil on medium heat, place salmon (skin side first) and fry for 5 minutes or until the skin gets golden colour

  3. Flip over, put a lid on and cook 3~5 more minutes until it’s fully cooked (depeding on salmon size and thickness)
