Miso Marinated Salmon
Ingredients
1 TBSP West Coast Chickpea miso or Yuzu Chili Chickpea Miso
1 TBSP Sake
1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
1-2 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 lb Salmon fillet
Instructions
Mix marinade well and marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes
Heat a pan with a bit of oil on medium heat, place salmon (skin side first) and fry for 5 minutes or until the skin gets golden colour
Flip over, put a lid on and cook 3~5 more minutes until it’s fully cooked (depeding on salmon size and thickness)
