5 min. BEAN SPROUTS x Shio-Koji(Chive Salt Koji)
Ingredients
1 bag Bean sprout
1 TBSP Chive Salt Koji or Shio-Koji
Some Sesame seed (optional)
Some Chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp Sesame oil (if you use shio-koji)
Instructions
Lightly boil bean sprouts about a minute. Drain and cool.
Mix NEGI shio-koji or shio-koji + sesame oil, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chili flakes if desired.
