Spicy version of West Coast Chickpea Miso

Chickpea & Rice koji miso with BC kelp, garlic, ginger, chili oil and hint of yuzu

INSTRUCTIONS

Ramen soup
2~3 TBSP Yuzu Chili Miso + 1 cup hot water or broth + your favorite cooked noodle

Creamy spicy soup
① Add some tahini
② 1 : 1 hot water or broth : plant based milk

Sauce for cold noodle / Salad dressing
1 :1 : 1 Yuzu Chili Miso : Vinegar : Water

Add tiny bit of sweetener if desired

Sauce for stir fry
1 :1 Yuzu Chili Miso : Water
